In 1995 Rory and Wendy Alec were called by God to a television ministry that was going to change the impact of Christian broadcasting in Europe and finally most of the world. This young couple without finance, recognition or institutional backing was obedient to the voice of the Spirit. Their God given vision has become reality as GOD TV now transmits Christian television 24 hours every day of the week.
After the launch of the Eurobird satellite in 2001, GOD TV has been available even in the north of Norway for viewers with a normal satellite dish. And after GOD TV moved their broadcast facilities to Jerusalem, potential satellite coverage of 80% of the world’s population has been achieved. The GOD Channel is also transmitted via the Internet on www.god.tv for both modem and broadband reception.
THE GOD CHANNEL
This channel is Europe’s leading Christian television channel and provides a range of Christian programmes for the whole family. The GOD Channel is dedicated to spreading the good news through magazine programmes, live discussions, evangelistic teaching, conferences, worship, Christian music TV and children’s programmes. Through its evangelistic profile the GOD Channel is a powerful tool in reaching the world with the message of Jesus Christ.
GOD 2 (THE REVIVAL CHANNEL)
This channel is mainly addressing Christians with emphasis on Bible teaching programmes, interviews with influential spiritual leaders and coverage of Christian conferences. Earlier this channel was encrypted and could only be received by GOD TV partners, but today also this channel is transmitted “free to air” for everybody with a digital satellite receiver and a satellite dish tuned to the Eurobird satellite at 28.5 degrees east.
After GOD TV moved their broadcasting facilities to Jerusalem in July 2002, the GOD Channel and GOD 2 are now broadcasted directly from Israel. The gospel is being transmitted 24 hours a day from the Holy Land via satellite to the nations of the world. GOD TV is accessible to millions of homes in India via cable and in Southern Africa via satellite. An increasing number of terrestrial broadcasters transmit GOD TV in 3rd world countries were the average TV viewer has no access to satellite receiving equipment. After the 28th of May 2004 a Scandinavian version of GOD Channel is transmitted via the Nordic Sirius satellite on 5 degrees East.

Becoming a partner in GOD TV implies a monthly donation of GBP 15 or more. This contributes to the finances for production of Christian programmes and broadcasting GOD TV throughout the world.
